Creation Masterclass

Newsletter and MailerLite

When you subscribe to the Creation Masterclass newsletter, we process your email address and, if voluntarily provided, your first name. The date and time of subscription and confirmation, your IP address, and information concerning delivery, opens and clicked links may also be processed.

The newsletter delivers motivational and educational content one to three times per week and may include occasional affiliate recommendations. Content from authorized Kevin Trudeau sources is reproduced unchanged in accordance with the requirements of the affiliate program. Original Creation Masterclass challenges, commentary or supplementary content are identified separately.

Processing is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Where a double opt-in procedure is used, the confirmation record serves as evidence of your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.

We use MailerLite for subscription management, delivery, automation and performance measurement. For customers in the EEA, the service is provided by MailerLite Limited, 88 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2, D02 DK18, Ireland. MailerLite processes the data as our processor. MailerLite may engage additional subprocessors. Where data is transferred to countries outside the EEA, MailerLite provides appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Advertising Measurement

Google Ads conversion measurement

With your consent, this website uses the Google tag supplied by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to measure whether a Google advertisement leads to a newsletter registration. The measurement is triggered when the Creation Masterclass confirmation page is visited after a registration.

Google Ads storage and analytics storage are denied by default and are activated only after you select “Allow measurement” in the privacy notice. Advertising personalization, ad user data and enhanced conversions remain disabled. You can refuse measurement without affecting your ability to use the website or subscribe to the newsletter.

Processing is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, Section 25(1) TDDDG. You may withdraw your consent with future effect by deleting this website's local storage and selecting “Decline” when the notice appears again. Retention

How long do we retain newsletter data?

We generally retain your newsletter data until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe. The data is then removed from active mailing. A minimal record of the former consent or a suppression entry may be retained on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for as long as necessary to defend possible legal claims and to prevent further messages from being sent.
